Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners and warehouses located in the United States.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- Other International Locations: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
